Minimum number of people in a group?
We usually need at least ten rooms, but please always ask if your group is a little smaller, and we will do our best to help.
Can we have an early check-in?
One of our friendly team will assist with any specific requests and always do our best to try and get you what you need for your group.
What is the cut-off for amending a booking?
Bookings can be amended free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. Small changes can usually be made within this time, subject to the hotels agreement.
Can you allocate the rooms with names on the booking?
Yes, once you submit your final booking details, we will ask for a complete rooming list before arrival.
When does the deposit and balance have to be paid?
Balances are usually required six weeks before arrival. Depending on the hotel’s T&Cs or subject to any events or peak dates, we often don’t need any deposits.
Can you help with special requests – birthdays, allergies, room specifics
Our team will assist you with any special requests from start to finish; we can help with any extra connected with the hotel booking at the hotel you are staying at, including rehearsal rooms, early breakfast, packed lunches, private function rooms, physio rooms – just ask!
Cancellation charges?
We do not, as standard, charge any cancellation fees for bookings cancelled more than six weeks before arrival. This may change subject to peak or event dates.
Will my booking be assigned a key contact?
Yes – from start to finish, you will have the support of one of our friendly professional team.
